We only refund items that were incorrectly sent or missing from your order, it must be reported to us within 48 hours of the orders Delivery date. We do not ship replacements. 

Poppin Potions is not responsible for any LOST, ARRVING LATE, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED, items. Once your package is out of our (Poppin Potions) possession, it is now USPS responsibility to get your package to you. If you check your tracking number and the package says delivered, but you have not received it. You will need to take this up with United States Postal Service. If you have any shipping/transit issues please contact United States Postal Service(USPS). 

If your package is returned due to incorrect address you will be responsible for paying shipping fees again. PLEASE double check your address before placing your order.

Shipping takes approximately 5-7 business days. You will receive an Email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
